We appreciate the feedback, and are grateful for the time you dedicated to SoFi. We agree that our dynamic, passionate, and hard working employees are some of the best parts about working at SoFi! That said, we are disappointed to hear your experience with management didn't meet your expectations. Our Operations organization, like many teams at SoFi, is metrics-driven so we can stay focused on our mission of helping our members achieve financial independence. Perhaps you left before we started rolling out our new manager training to give them the tools they need to support and inspire their teams.
