      Recruiting Process at SoFi

      Good benefits, SF location, decent

      The recruiters at this company are terrible. I applied online, was asked for availability, gave it to them and then heard back. When I followed up with the Recruiter, she never returned an email. When I finally kept emailing, I received an interview to find out it was the biggest joke interview ever. Me and about five other people sat in the lobby for nearly an hour waiting for our interviews. This place needs a whole new HR team of recruiters, including the contractors. Unprofessional.

      Pros

      Culture, benefits, coworkers, fun, very rewarding. Everyday is different from the next, the pace is break neck, and the people are awesome to work with.

      Cons

      The work life balance is hard. Long hours are needed to succeed. Most exempt employees spend 10+ hours in the office.
