      Pros

      SoFi places it's employees front and center at all that it does. This can be seen in many ways to name a few... -Competitive compensation and benefits (a quarterly bonus!) -The continuous care around COVID-19 -Continuous growth and development opportunities -Having a team who is solely dedicated to the employee's experience at work -Recent creation of new manager training -Their Grow program!! -Great effort around DE&I - huge focus here!

      Cons

      It's a young company which means that not everything is figured out yet. But I find this exciting to be a part of a company that still has a growth mindset where you can give feedback! If you prefer fixed processes, this might be a challenging place to work.

      Great place to learn a lot about the financial industry as well as amazing growth opportunities!

      Pros

      Benefits are outstanding! Great compensation (quarterly bonuses and consistent raises). Always iterating! At SoFi it’s always changing for the better whether it’s processes and procedures or just a new way of thinking that help you in your current job or for future jobs.

      Cons

      Nothing really to call out as a con, more of an opportunity: helping strong candidates get into the right role quicker. Sometimes there are great employees that might not be in the right role or they didn’t anticipate the role to be as difficult for them and there isn’t a great place for leaders to easily transition someone into a different role that might be a better fit in order to retain them as an employee.
