      SoFi Montana has a great culture and a great group of people.

      There is a lack of communication among management at the other locations to Montana.

      There are literally none. This isn't about them micro managing or anything like that. That's any normal good company. They have no idea what they are doing. You would think every single day was their first day on the job.

      Like I said above no one has a brain there. Every single day seems to be the first day on the job.

      Fast paced, exciting environment. We work with some fun technologies doing some innovative things. Extremely talented people that work hard and play hard. Plus free lunch everyday is nice too.

      Cons

      If you don't like to work hard, it's not for you. If you don't like to be innovative and collaborative, it's not for you.
