Thank you for taking the time to share a review of your experience - we're very sorry to hear working at SoFi didn't meet your expectations. The last thing we want is for any of our employees to feel that they were not valued or respected during the very difficult decision we had to make as a company in January. Regarding return to office, we see value in bringing our employees together. Compared to other companies, we feel our return to office policy is quite flexible and less structured (for example, we do not ask leaders or managers to track attendance), and that is intentional and ties to our overall flexible approach to work. While each business unit has a slightly different approach, in general we are asking employees to come into the office 4 times a month. We thank you for your feedback and contributions to SoFi.
