Pros

SoFi is a company filled with great people to work with all driving to focus on the same goal, financial freedom for our Customers. Whether you are on the front line speaking with customers directly or if you are behind the scenes developing software to help our customers have a better experience every time they use a SoFi product. SoFi is a company that allows you to have your opinion not only heard, but it is valued and taken into consideration. Most larger companies you just feel like a number, but at SoFi you are seen as an individual that is contributing as much as you can towards making a better experience for our customers. The employees aren't seen as just workers, but it is more of a family atmosphere at the company and everyone is always looking out for each other and not just to benefit themselves.

Cons

SoFi is a very fast paced company. Requirements and business rules are constantly changing in our environment and if multi-tasking and quick updates aren't something that a person can keep up with, then it can seem overwhelming for some.

Thank you so much for your great review! It's incredible to read about your positive work atmosphere in Delaware and at SoFi overall. We love our team in Claymont and are grateful for your commitment to the company and all of the hard work our QA team has been putting in, especially over the last few months.

Pros

I came onboard mid-year in 2017 right before the board drama, I thought about leaving given all the uncertainty, but decided against it because the working environment, benefits and salary were really good. That said, I'm really glad I stayed, because the new CEO (Noto) has great vision and has been hiring some really stellar managers to help execute it. I am really excited about the opportunities and initiatives coming over the next couple years.

Cons

No 401k matching, could be more generous with options
