      Innovative, fast moving, competitive pay

      Cons

      Have to drop ideas, projects, directions quickly and not get credit for work due to quick changing environment. Lay off handled poorly.

      Pros

      New CEO is a game changer. He knows what he's doing and is a very motivational leader. New wave of C-level execs has elevated the entire company's trajectory. (New CTO, CFO, Head of Product, etc). New head of Product was the guy who lead the work on Alexa for Amazon. Lots of smart people around.

      Cons

      Change. It comes with the territory in all late-stage startups. Primary office is in the Presidio so most people have longer than necessary commutes. Will be moving to a new office in downtown SF in a few months so that will make a big difference.

      Pros

      SoFi provides an amazing work environment and great benefits for their employees. If you like a fast-paced, growing, company SoFi is a great fit!

      Cons

      The only downside is that they do not offer part-time options.
