      Pros

      Great working atmosphere Great benefits Fantastic home / life balance Challenging projects So far I have loved working with the manages, VPs, CTO and even CEO directly. It's a big company with the small company feel. They take care of engineering which is a breath of fresh air.

      Cons

      Can't think of any off the top of my head.

      Large secure Company that is in the black, with lots of investment capital in the bank Feels like a Silicon Valley start-up It's pre-IPO Management light Values ownership over process Engineering drives the product Entrepreneurship in every employee is valued Great culture (bring your nerf gun)

      Cons

      no cons that I can think of, unless you're looking for a place to lay low and collect a paycheck. Then SoFi is definitely not the place for you. It's fast paced and performance focused.

      Fast paced environment with managers that care about your career growth. The benefit package is wonderful and unlike any other company I've worked for. Plus there's free lunch!

      Gaining weight from the free lunches.
