Pros
The culture at SoFi is fast paced, innovative, and nimble. Employees are encouraged to be creative, test out new ideas and evolve and course correct from there. Teams are highly collaborative and feedback is offered on a regular basis (as opposed to once or twice a year). Everyone working for SoFi is passionate about what the company is doing and works very hard to achieve every goal that is set. Leadership is collaborative, transparent and helpful. Employees are encouraged to set personal goals and grow within the company. SoFi is an awesome place to work. It's a great group of intelligent, highly motivated people. It would be hard not to be inspired by everyone around you!
Cons
While great and exciting in a lot of ways, the fast paced nature can be a two sided coin. The company moves very quickly and very lofty goals are set for all teams and for every employee. That said, everyone is highly accommodating and understanding. Managers are open to hearing concerns and will do what they can to help in any situation.
