      Pros

      Three things that stand out to me: 1. Fast paced work environment with opportunities to grow and take on new roles 2. Amazing benefits outside of a great HQ location and building ammenities 3. Transparency and availability from senior management at all times

      Cons

      There are times when each employee is asked for a lot of their time; nothing unlike other fast paced environments. When there are crazy deadlines you have to put in extra hours, but there are also plenty of moments when things are not as hectic around the office.

      Pros

      SoFi is by far the best place I've ever worked in just about every way. The people are wonderful and make you feel welcome. A great team oriented feel along with a relaxed, but get work done atmosphere. Work hard play hard is the perfect motto for SoFi. Within the first few weeks of starting I met Mike, the CEO. Great guy leading a prospering company.

      Cons

      The learning curve can be steep depending on your background, but everyone is more than willing to help out and get you up to speed.

      Pros

      SoFI is fast-paced and I'm always working on something new. I've been given a ton of new projects and opportunities to learn at SoFI. I love my coworkers and enjoy working with them daily. Great work-life balance. Comprehensive benefits and perks, too!

      Cons

      There's a disconnect between the different teams throughout the organization. The company is growing so quickly that a lot of processes aren't in place which means some work can feel inefficient.
