      Great Opportunity and Learning Experience

      Pros

      Fast paced and really awesome learning experience. Executives are very smart and well connected group. Coworkers are hard working and really smart people. Free meals, subsidy gym, benefits, stocked kitchen, and company happy hours!

      Cons

      I commute from east bay. Although there is Bart and a free shuttle, it gets tiring to commute 1 hr 20+- everyday.

      Pros

      I have been at SoFi for 6 months and I can honestly say it is the best job I've ever had -- and I've had some great jobs. Apart from great perks and benefits, everyone here truly believes in what the company is doing. And why not? While it's not a charity, we are truly helping people save money and achieve their dreams. I know it sounds corny, but I've talked to countless SoFi members that say just that.

      Cons

      For some people, the pace might be too fast. It's really, really fast.

      Pros

      Great benefits (unlimited time off, fun happy hours, team offsites etc) and everyone at SoFi is fun to work with. I can genuinely say that I've had a blast working at SoFi over the past 2 years. Working at SoFi has also allowed me to take on various roles which I have found fun and exciting.

      Cons

      As with any start up, things change quickly and processes are constantly changing. I don't necessarily find this to be a con but for some who are not used to that environment, it can be challenging at times.
