      Pros

      This company is a medium size company that still retains the good parts of being a startup. The management is spectacular, they do their thing and don't micromanage the employees. The pay is amazing and benefits are the best that I have ever had. There's no dress code, the kitchen stays stocked, and we get free food every day. Everyone that works here is interested in keeping the teams learning and progressing. If you want to learn more in your career, this place is amazing for it. Who wouldn't want to work here?

      Cons

      SoFi is growing so fast now that it is very hard to meet and get to know everyone that is newly hired.

      Pros

      I love coming into work everyday. The people I work with and the things I get to work on make the work days feel like minutes. The perks are great. Stocked kitchen, location in downtown area, and lunch.

      We are starting to feel a bit cramped

      Pros

      This is a great team to work with. The development team is very intelligent and always willing to provide assistance. Everyone has a positive attitude and is accessible and approachable. The benefits are good and are completely paid for. The work is very challenging and allows the opportunity to learn new technologies. The office comfortable and lunch is included.

      Cons

      Fast paced. Need to be ready for constant change. Office can get loud at times which can be distracting.
