Amazing culture with great benefits and no downsides

Pros

The company culture is amazing and the people are great, Exempt employees get Unlimited PTO, Benefits are great. Lots of opportunities as the company focuses a lot on internal mobility, pay is above industry average.

Cons

I have none. I would love to retire from SoFi.

Flexible schedule, no micromanaging, great marketing/advertising that leads to brand awareness, ability to match/beat competitor offers, competitive pricing. great benefits, job security.

Cons

Opportunities to advance from this role seem to be limited based on my experience, although opportunities do exist, it can feel like "you're stuck" in the position at times. Bonus structure has changed a few times in the 5+ years I've been employed
