Pros

Bonuses can be nice. Benefits are great. Coworkers are awesome. Company offers meal cards to supplement daily meals, allowing employees to eat where they want.

Cons

Communication is lacking and compensation leaves something to be desired. There is minimal room for pay increases and advancing within the company can be difficult.

Pros

Amazing Benefits & Great line level employees

Cons

You're told upper management will be transparent ... that's a lie. Here's an example: When we were 1st told about an office opening in Salt Lake City, everyone immediately asked if it was going to replace the Healdsburg teams and after a year and a half that's exactly what happened. 50+ employees were laid off in Healdsburg. 85% OF EMPLOYEES UNDER MANAGEMENT MAKE MORE THAN THE MANGEMENT STAFF. The metrics laid out for the teams is not equal across the board. "Simple Reviewers" have no issues hitting basic goals with minimal work, yet "Complex Reviewers" who underwrite nothing but self-employed borrowers and do twice the work are left with unobtainable metrics and no bonuses. You're told bonuses are in reach and likely, but in reality, you're luck to receive what's being offered.

Pros

There are literally none. This isn't about them micro managing or anything like that. That's any normal good company. They have no idea what they are doing. You would think every single day was their first day on the job.

Cons

Like I said above no one has a brain there. Every single day seems to be the first day on the job.
