Pros

SoFi is genuinely mission-driven and member-centric, and that shows in day-to-day work. Leadership emphasizes doing the right thing for members, not just hitting numbers. The work-from-home setup is a huge plus, and the benefits are honestly some of the best I’ve seen. There are also real opportunities for growth—support, training, and internal mobility are encouraged, and strong performance is recognized.

Cons

As a fast-growing company, there are inevitable growing pains. Policies, procedures, and products can move quickly, which means frequent updates and rollouts. This keeps things dynamic, but it requires flexibility, as well as the ability and willingness to adapt quickly to change. Promotions and raises are not quick, but they are worth the wait.
