      Pros

      Great benefits, fair compensation, and some great co-workers who have become friends. Always work to do to keep busy. Learning a lot about the industry. Truly a good product with good service.

      Cons

      Inability to keep anything consistent, empty promises from supervisor/management team, and major favoritism throughout the company. No rewards or consequences for production, good or bad. Really hard to meet their expectation of "great."

      Management is horrible. They act as if there's all this upward mobility but regardless of how well you perform your job, how well you do in the interviews, they just promote the people they like.
