We're glad you enjoyed some of our office perks and flexible approach to work, but are sorry to hear you did not feel recognized. We have a number of programs that support employee recognition - from our peer to peer recognition tool in the intranet, where employees can recognize each other for living our values, to our semi-annual performance program where employees are recognized monetarily for their contributions. Like many companies over the past year, we have not been immune to small reductions in our workforce - these extremely difficult decisions are not taken lightly.
