The leadership truly cares about internal mobility. I’ve had access to great mentorship, and there is a clear path for advancement if you put in the work. The culture is collaborative rather than competitive.

Cons

Because the company is growing so fast, processes can change quickly. You have to be comfortable with a bit of "building the plane while flying it."
