I love my team!

Pros

As a TPM I am on one of the most productive and successful teams of my career. Over the past year our company has experienced significant change and growth, but in all of the tumult my manager and executive team helped us to feel excited and confident in the new directions. I have been on many teams that underwent the similar growth and change that we have experience and all of those experiences were negative and frustrating. I feel like my managers and direct are always working for me and my teammates success. I am well compensated and I feel that my team, managers and organization value me as an employee and contributor.

Cons

It can be challenging working for a mid level software organization.. some things change so fast the change happens and you don’t understand how it I,pacts you for several weeks or months. Likewise you expect some changes to happens d are informed of ch ages that never actually take place. It can definitely be frustrating , but having the amazing support of leadership as well as their empathy goes a long way to soften the blow.
