Pros
As a QA, the focus was on building automation which more companies should follow. There were lots of opportunities to build simulators and automation for binaries, web services, APIs and front end UI. The teams were small and good to work with. Very sharp developers. It was a friendly place to work.
Cons
No Internet access. The development environment is very secure, which means you build and test in a bubble. There weren't many financial incentives, and no support for training. Problems with a lack of processes.
