Pros
Innovative, bleeding-edge environment. Awesome work atmosphere. Lunch, drinks and snacks provided daily. SoFi provides great benefits to boot. An immense amount of knowledge and professional growth can be attained here. This has been the best job I've ever held. It almost doesn't feel like "work".
Cons
Given the fact that the environment is fast paced and bleeding edge results in various hurdles which requires quick thinking to resolve problems in an efficient manner. Occasionally requires extra hours to meet company objectives and deadlines. Though I personally have no issues with putting in the extra time as I thoroughly enjoy my job.
