Pros

At one point we started working like 5 days a week and made good money, but the sales approach we have to use may not be the best (we worked in a booth)

Cons

....we worked in a booth and i hated annoying people with accessories trying to get them to put it on...

Pros

You learn how to work with the most unorganized & difficult people.

Cons

They overwork you, lack of adjusting to diversity in culture, & they lack in training new employees.

Pros

If you like accessories and especially hair trends, this is the company you want to work for. Deals with a lot of fun events, products, and customers. You may transfer from one location to another because it is dispersed throughout the country.

Cons

There is lack of organization and a lot of overtime although this may differ depending on the position. The company culture is still too monocultural even though the client pool has been expanded to multicultral level.
