The dynamic nature of the company encouraged individuals to take on versatile roles, like being a constructive handyman or an alternative professional, while their core position remained that of a salesman.
3. Mismatched Responsibilities
One glaring aspect was the mismatch between job titles and actual duties, creating an environment where employees found themselves doing everything.
4. Personal data leakage
They are using your data, and your personal information is leaking. Consequently, I receive numerous, unsolicited calls almost every day. If you work there, consider using a dedicated work phone, separate from your personal one. Do not disclose your personal phone number, as there is a risk of personal data leakage.
