Pros

Soar’s approach using ESDM with toddlers and preschoolers with autism is compassionate, caring, and effective. We focus on teaching through fun and full engagement which is how children learn best. I also love how I’m learning new skills every day in early childhood development. If you want to make a real impact with children with ASD, Soar is the place to be. Each day is rewarding.

Cons

Scheduling can be challenging at times due to the nature of the business, however management is focused on continuing to improve that area.

Pros

Working at Soar Autism Center has been an absolute dream! I’ve been in the field for a while, and it’s rare to find a company that truly values its employees the way Soar does. They offer competitive pay, incredible opportunities for growth, and a supportive work environment where everyone is genuinely friendly. From day one, I’ve felt at home here—the team is welcoming, the leadership is encouraging, and the culture is built on collaboration and care. I’m so grateful to be part of a company that not only prioritizes its clients but also invests in its staff. If you’re looking for a workplace where you can grow and feel valued, this is it

Cons

In the beginning, the hours can be a bit varied as you get settled into your caseload, which can take some adjustment. However, it’s well worth the build-up! Once your schedule stabilizes, you’ll find a great rhythm, and the opportunities for growth and experience make it all worthwhile.
