Employees Are Treated Like Disposable Resources!

My coworkers were incredibly supportive and great to work with, but I unfortunately cannot say the same for leadership or management.

Cons

- Employees are treated as tools instead of valued members of the team - Leadership creates unrealistic expectations and unreasonable demands - Employee well- being is ignored while workload continue to increase - Compensation does not reflect the heavy workload employees are expected to handle - Employees are left feeling overworked, underpaid, and undervalued

I was lucky to have kind coworkers. They helped me adapt to the systems and taught me everything I needed to learn.

Cons

Management was inconsiderate and doesn't care about employees at all! They will make us work extra hours without asking if we're ok with it. It's a command rather than a request. So we can't do anything but obey!

This workplace has the worst job security. Anyone who works here is making a terrible mistake. Please save yourself.

Cons

The CEO is a horribly arrogant person with an unethical attitude and no empathy. This awful person fires people in bulk just because they don't meet some imaginary standards. It creates an ambiance of fear! Beware!
