Pros

Great people that I work with. Love the kids that I get to coach. What a great concept. Work is tough, but it's worth it!

Cons

Nothing that I can think off the top of my head. Just trying to fill the 20 word minimum, now. But they could have more donuts, I guess?

Pros

Flexible schedules throughout the day, the ability to make your own schedule, easy going management, fun environment, easy and concise lesson plans

Cons

Sometimes the lesson plans weren't long enough for the duration of the classes, minimal training time to learn about the fundamentals/classes
