Pros
Coaching children, Curriculum is provided and easy to memorize, great coworkers to coach with, coworkers really helped each other out.
Cons
Overworked, the number of sessions you coach a day depends on whether enough children sign up at the daycares, you could face coaching at all the daycares by yourself for an entire season and they do not care. If you get injured while coaching, they do not care and you have to ask another coach to cover for you or you will end up coaching injured. Former owners acted like it was a fraternity and acted like bro's with the other male staff but did not with the females.
