Pros

In my time at this company, there were many great experiences. To list a few, the curriculum is already established so you don't need to think of your own, you have a great opportunity to work with young children and cultivate the start of their soccer career, and the support I received from management was consistent and unconditional.

Cons

Some of the things to keep in mind before applying: You must work well with children, specifically 2-8 years old. You must have your own way of traveling to coaching sites and have space in your car to fit the equipment. Lastly, even though the schedule is very flexible when establishing it, once you are locked into your classes for the season that's how it will stay.
