Pros

- Great Job - have fun with kids - breaks during the day, sometimes

Cons

- DRIVING so much and so far, sometimes for just 30 minutes to an hour - company does not pay for gas/stipend, or maintenance on your car - employers will ask to pick up random sessions without being respectful of your breaks - long hot days in the sun - no ability to really advance in the company - hard to take time off - blackout dates

Pros

Nice daycare centers, freedom of driving

Cons

FRANCHISE OWNERS: Expect you to miss less than 1 class, per 10 weeks. They do not pay for gas, even when you are at a $10 an hour rate driving to Avon and Brownsburg from Indianapolis. Gossip, high school environment with very little understanding on managements side. Don’t expect to get sick, have car issues, or have a family emergency. There will be no leeway, no matter what. Was out of work for 5 days with a doctors note with a severe infection. No calls or texts from management, and was called into the office on Monday with an empty schedule and was let go. Not only did I end up losing money, but was left feeling disrespected as confidence-less in my coaching abilities. A toxic environment to work where Coaches and Management are very divided and are at war constantly. Originally was told I would be on a 15 a session rate after a month, never happened. Happened to another coworker as well. No benefits are offered, no gas, the pros do not outweigh the cons. If you want to work with kids and coach, please go somewhere else where you can focus SOLEY on them, and not the other garbage this company focuses on. A constant struggle between money and keeping their employees around
