Pros

Flexible on scheduling; you can work as little or as many hours as you like. Great support from office staff.

Cons

Could use more training, but it seems like they're having new coaches shadow veteran coaches now so they may already have fixed this problem.

Pros

- Easy to find work in a college town - Nice people - Good pay

Cons

- Pretty tough to teach soccer to 3 year olds; it's basically just about keeping them entertained - Not the most organized in the world
