Pros

Lot of freedom and a very fun environment making it a great place to work... and for the people that want to work outdoor is perfect.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity to grow after the first year, and you have to drive a lot during the day to get to the schools.

Pros

Kids are very cute, it pays extremely well, Teach kids more than soccer but valuable life lessons that make you personally feel good.

Cons

The areas including the fields are not high quality, there are a lot of children at once, There is not that much additional supervision
