Pros

Great people that I work with. Love the kids that I get to coach. What a great concept. Work is tough, but it's worth it!

Cons

Nothing that I can think off the top of my head. Just trying to fill the 20 word minimum, now. But they could have more donuts, I guess?

Pros

Lot of freedom and a very fun environment making it a great place to work... and for the people that want to work outdoor is perfect.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity to grow after the first year, and you have to drive a lot during the day to get to the schools.
