Pros

Manual is very easy to follow and it is very fun to work with the kids from all ages

Cons

Sometimes a coach can have too many kids and you have to travel from preschool to preschool

Pros

Great for college age looking for part time work, few sessions a week w/ decent wage and likes to be around kids age 3-8.

Cons

Not great for career coach/soccer player, emphasis on fun rather than development. Driving can be relentless.
