Pros

An awesome job for anyone who loves kids and soccer! Pay is fair, raises happen quickly if you're a good, reliable coach. Management is very supportive and helps you succeed. This job is a lot of fun if you are good with kids and can be assertive/command attention with a group of children.

Cons

A lot of driving is involved -- you usually will travel to several schools around the area in day. Burn out can happen if you do not enjoy being with kids or have a lot of patience.

Pros

- Great Job - have fun with kids - breaks during the day, sometimes

Cons

- DRIVING so much and so far, sometimes for just 30 minutes to an hour - company does not pay for gas/stipend, or maintenance on your car - employers will ask to pick up random sessions without being respectful of your breaks - long hot days in the sun - no ability to really advance in the company - hard to take time off - blackout dates
