Pros

You can choose how many hours you would like to work per week, staff wants you to succeed, management was actively trying to make employee's experience better, quick soccer sessions

Cons

Not much coworker interaction, can get a bit redundant, only work around 2 hours per location so paychecks are harder to stack up
