Social Annex reviews

To start with I joined Social Annex last year in Sales. When you join this company you are not on the payroll of Social Annex but on the payroll of Immply India Tech which is run by the father of CEO of Social Annex. During the interview and after joining they will not tell you that there no Paid Leaves, no Provident Fund, no Medical. Whereas PF and Paid Leave is compulsory in any organization where there are more than 15 employees so they are cheating the government. CEO of Immply will deduct tax and if you check whatever he deducts he does not pay the full amount to the Tax Dept which you can check online. When you ask the CEO of Social Annex he will say that once the team grows he will get the paid leave in place after growing the team he said if the team achieves the target then he will apply the paid leave once we achieved the target then he will say that he cannot do anything as the decision will made by his Father (They play good cop and bad cop). CEO of Immply will switch off the AC and hide the remote. I once managed to get the remote and was switching on the AC he came to me and said “Do you have AC at home” these were his words how can a CEO be so cheap I wanted to say yes I have a AC in my toilet also. When the AC was not working in the summers the sales team had one table fan for 12 employees and the AC was repaired by the CEO when Winter started. A female employee was filling her water bottle and the CEO tapped her back and said “Don’t drink so much water” now you can imagine the mentality of the CEO. For 120 employees there is only 1 toilet for male and 2 toilets for female employees and it is so small that hardly anyone could sit properly to add to it the flush doesn’t work at times and the CEO will make the water pressure so low before leaving that we could not use the Jet, No Toilet Paper and Hand Wash. It is so dirty that you will prefer going to a govt’s toilet. There are bed bugs in the chair when someone told the CEO about it he will say who doesn’t have bed bugs at home. The Drinking Water dispenser is filled with Cockroaches and we asked him to get it cleaned he took almost a week and all he did was asked the office boy to clean it when we came to office we were told it has been fixed and when we checked there were still cockroaches in the water dispenser. CEO of Social Annex will keep talking about Ethics but where are your Ethics gone CEO when it comes to Employee benefits like the one’s mentioned above. When we talk to him about paid leaves he will start discussing about the target just to get rid of the discussion and he will keep a grudge on you. Hey CEO I think you need to get your ETHICS STRAIGHT FIRST. They hire at the start of the year and start firing employees who are on higher package towards the end of the year which I saw happen with me and other employees. Last but not the least “Drinking” yes you can drink in office hours the other reviews posted are true. You can take a break anytime go the shop or bar sit and drink come back sleep and talk to the CEO end of the day and leave and the CEO is aware of it. December 2016 when the CEO of Social Annex came down to India there was an office party scheduled for everyone now it’s not the same party which every other company organizes like booking a Restaurant or Hotel with food starters and drinks maybe but here the annual office party was in the office at your desk with playing Antakshari he did manage to get food which was ordered from a local guy who sells tea and samosa. We got Biryani in which we could see the blood in the chicken peace which was half cooked and you cannot eat more than what was served to you even if you were hungry. After the dinner there were gifts given and the gift that the CEO got was 1 Rupee note which he said that the value will be 15000/- after 15 years hahahhahhahahahhahahaha Please do not join this company they are cheating and have no respect for their employees. Yes it is a Career Spoiler they do not teach you anything and expect you to give closers every month.
