Social Annex reviews

There's absolutely no room for personal or professional growth. In the time I've been here, I have learned nothing but to be very careful about where I work next. I have a very unhealthy work-life balance. I know I am very underpaid for the work I produce, and none of it is recognized. Although compensation isn't a huge concern at this point in my life, I would assume a great learning experience would be a trade-off. This is not the case at Social Annex. The only reason I have survived this long is because of the few co-workers I have grown to love and respect. Now that they're gone, there's really no reason to stay here much longer. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends. Very demoralizing and poor office culture.

Much smaller customer footprint than mentioned in interviews. India Sales Development team creating warm leads to nowhere. Very secretive about customer base with interviews pushing a much larger customer footprint than reality. One vertical they cover well is shopping channel tied to retail clothing. Simple UI that could easily be duplicated and has, thus competitors offer the same thing or more at less upfront cost to clients.
