Pros

Senior management really tries to live by their values. SI really cares and tries to be transparent. Great coworkers and supportive company culture.

Cons

The industry is demanding in its nature. SI’s position in the industry causes it to rely on labor hour to outcompete bigger competitors. This takes a toll on the staff. When going gets tough, which it has been, the staff really suffers.
