Pros

Social Impact is a management consulting firm committed to improving international development. The hardworking staff are talented technical experts and it is clear everyone is dedicated to the mission. Staff have opportunities for growth within the company and access to professional development funds. Flexible work schedules and remote work options are a benefit.

Cons

Management is still struggling with growing from small to medium size business - with limited resources. Paid time off is not as generous as peer international organizations.

Pros

Unique exposure that is difficult to find at a mid level position. Great travel opportunities and wonderful people. Excellent way to start your career in ID and move up

Cons

Very heavy workload and poor work life balance. At times not enough support from senior management. Spread too thin among projects
