Great work environment full of dedicated and knowledgeable professionals. Senior management takes the time to get to know the interests of everyone, even the interns. SI provides a generous stipend for personal career development and shares local events that may be of interest to everyone. From reception to senior management, everyone is kind and dedicated to the work. I saw a lot of internal promotion during my year at SI. Great place to start or continue a career in international development.

Cons

Some staff in accounting are over stretched. May need to hire more employees in accounting.
