Interesting and important field (international development) In certain positions there are many opportunities for global travel

Cons

Company seems to be struggling greatly with budgetary changes (mainly due to it's reliance on US Gov contacts that are cutting down) Disorganized in many ways Expectation to work long hours and on weekends Pay for entry level positions is minimal Stressful environment causes many employees to be quite cat-y towards each other

Workload is too much for one individual to handle daily. Work-life balance is not realistic here, although they speak about maintaining. They do not believe in promoting within, they will rather hire outside.
