Pros

I loved working with SI. However, it was for a USAID-funded activity, so my contact was mainly with the activity staff. Apart from HR stuff and bi-weekly checking, I had little contact with SI headquarters. My view of them is favorable, and they are willing to help when I ask. I liked that I was left alone to do my work, also their benefits package for ex-pat staff is good, and I utilized the education allowance.

Cons

I can't think of any, especially since so much was dependent on my activity rather than SI
