Pros

Most employees, especially in the Medicare branches, get to have aTV on their desks if they want. Most employees and supervisors play games on their computers without worry of being reprimanded for it. The only people I ever saw get promoted were females with less experience by male supervisors. There were a ton of employees that literally sold weed from their desks. (Yes I saw it, reported it and nothing came of it.) ODAR HQ is the place for you if you're into any of this!

Cons

No advancement unless you could pull a race card or some other discrimination card. A friend of mine got fired because he had a medical problem that caused him to have seizures. He had over 20 years in as a federal employee and now can't even retire with disability because he was terminated. Awesome benefits aren't they? I wouldn't go back to work there if you paid me double.
