Sr Management with Little Integrity

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

The Agency’s mission is vital and the majority of staff, especially field staff, take it to heart.

Cons

Sr mgt seems to have forgotten who they work for and why. Little integrity, lots of yes men, and concerned only about their bonuses.

Pros

Work from home majority of the pay period, guaranteed paycheck

Cons

Training felt rushed. Unclear instructions. Say they will work with you but constantly feels like their working against you. Hard to ask for help on calls when no one is available. No one wants to help anyone not even coworkers.

Hostile Environment

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Personal relationships and providing public service.

Cons

Where to begin? Staff are not held to expectations due to heavy union interference. Execs continually pander to union interests versus the public’s interest.
