The pay since they have automatic promotions if you meet minimum requirements.

Cons

The whole system is designed as a burning ship. I was hired as a Claims Specialist but I was doing the job of a Customer Service Rep with the same timelines.

Dishonest management, everyone in upper management: trainers / team leads & supervisors is unprofessional bullies and miserable - unbearable workload worst customers hated it and they hated me - I have ptsd I would be having nightmares about the job on my days off.
