Pros

No pros . Just a salary position

Cons

Worst job to work for . Bad work environment you will encounter racism and bullying . Everyone is in competition. Managers are unprofessional and if they dislike you they will try to set you up . Training is horrible . If they like you they will help but if they don’t you won’t benefit nor succeed. Leadership sets up employees as well. High would not recommend, even those who are currently would highly not recommend. It’s also hard to get out of this position because no one want to do this job and also because they fire and hire a lot .

Pros

Meeting people and learning how Social Security Works

Cons

Management is terrible. Worse management team in all departments. People leave all the time. Some people stay because they like a ‘secure’ job. It’s not worth your mental and the pay awful. Also you have to pay mandatory of 6.2% of your gross pay to Social Security regardless of your salary.
