This review applies to the headquarters location only. The agency is very supportive of personal development and training. Flexible work schedules including telework. Opportunities for advancement. Ability to gain valuable experience and do meaningful work. Great team atmosphere.

Cons

My time in the field offices were very different from working in headquarters. Training and advancement is minimal. Work schedules are not as flexible due to the nature of the job.
