Pros

Pleasant work surroundings, opportunity to assist clients in undesirable situations, very good pay and benefits.

Cons

Very stressful, a never ending supply of pending work load. Dealing with irirate people in person and on the telephone while keeping your composure and a non judgemental attitude with each person.

I love my job and field with social security, as a contact representative I'm able to reach, assist, empower, direct and help millions of people.

Cons

No student reimbursement to current social security Administration Contact Representative, you must pay for your own schooling which can be used for promotions.
