      The Social Security Administration is a great place to work. We are blessed with the ability to serve millions of Americans in some of the most vulnerable stages of their lives. I am honored to be in the employ of an agency whose mission and goals are aligned with my passions and beliefs, and that plays such a significant role in the lives of so many.

      Cons

      We work tirelessly, many hours everyday, and around the clock to get things done because we are spread so thin. We are short staffed in every component of the agency. If our employees weren't as hard working as they are we would not be able to serve at such a high capacity.
