      Easy work if you are able to understand basic policy.

      Pros

      Flex time. Being able to come in anytime between 7 to 9 a.m. and work your 8 hours. Being able to do your work in the confines of your cubicle and always staying busy.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected from employees. every office is different, but the culture seems to be that of any other government org.

      Management was great, plenty of support as a new employee, business functions "going green", and lots of diversity.

      Some of the good things about this agency is that it has good benefits such as flexible schedules and up to 26 days paid time off

      Cons

      Some of the bad things about this agency is that it is located in a very dry city, but it is very affordable to live in.
